ANNOUNCEMENT – CLARIFICATION OF THE REQUIREMENT ABOUT DEMARCATION FROM OTHER CALLS, AND AMENDMENT OF THE DECLARATIONS LINKED TO THE APPLICATION FORM

We would like to inform stakeholders, Improving Energy Efficient public Schools call for proposals' (launched at 30 September, 2013) requirement about demarcation from other calls (2.4.2. II. 2.) is clarified as follows, and Annex 2.

Declarations linked to the application form has been modified. According to the requirement about demarcation from other calls (2.4.2. II. 2.) applicant can't have any proposal – with the same goals – under selection or under implementation from the moment of submission. Given the fact, proposals under calls of EEOP with the similar goals, are still under selection, applicants can't meet this requirement for the reasons beyond their control, therefore it is allowed to submit the proposals to present call without fulfilling this requirement, however in case of approval they has to decide which proposal they are going to implement.

Information day on Public Health Programme’s open calls

National Healthcare Services Center as Programme Operator of Public Health Programme Area has organized an Information Day centered around the open calls of Norway Grants 2009-2014, on 14th June 2017.

Open calls are designed on the topics of patient safety, knowledge transfer and reducing health inequalities. Submission is continuous, the review of eligibility and administrative criteria, as well as the evaluation will be carried out in order of reception of applications.

Purpose of the Information Day was to introduce the content of the calls supporting bilateral, Norwegian-Hungarian cooperation as well as helping the potential applicants during application. 40 representative were interested in the program.

Above the professional content of the calls, applicants received useful information on partner finding, later project implementation, eligibility of costs and extended project technical information.

On behalf of Programme Operator, National Healthcare Services Center representative Gabriella Pál introduced the calls. Dr. Andrej M. Grjibovski, EEA and Norway Grants coordinator from Norwegian Institute of Public Health talked about project partner searching opportunities and partner relations. Applicants were shown NORA grant system of EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms in the presentation of Szandra Pancsusák from Implementing Agency of the Grants, International Development and Fund Coordination Agency (IDEFA). György Kelényi, lead consultant of IDEFA, gave insight into fundamental practical application information. After presentations applicants had the opportunity for personal consultation.

Submission is continuous, the review of eligibility and administrative criteria, as well as the evaluation will be carried out in order of reception of applications. Ultimate closure date of project implementation is due to October 2017 in every sub-programme. Detailed call for proposals and all the annexes are available on the official Hungarian programme website of EEA and Norway Grants.   

CLOSURE OF THE EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO CULTURAL HERITAGE PROGRAMME IN HUNGARY

CLOSURE OF THE EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO CULTURAL HERITAGE PROGRAMME IN HUNGARY The evaluation of applications submitted to the call for proposals  under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 for the Cultural Heritage Programme (HU-07) ended. The Programme Operator of Cultural Heritage programme in Hungary made the final decision on the projects awarded. The list of the supported projects is the following: Supported projects-2013 A1 Supported projects-2013 A2 Supported projects-2016 B1 Supported projects-2016 B2  Some application with satisfying professional content cannot receive financial support because of the shortness of financial resources. These projects are put on reserve list. Applications on the reserve list may receive funding if an awarded project is cancelled for some reason. In this case based on the decision of the Programme Operator the project ranked highest on the reserve list shall be supported. Each applicant is informed about the decision in an official letter.

THE EVALUATION PROCESS HAS ARRIVED TO ITS FINAL PHASE

By 15th November 2013 altogether 90 project proposals were submitted to the Green Industry Innovation Programme (HU09)

  • „Reduced production of waste and emissions to air, water and ground (Sub-programme 1)"and
  • „More use of environmentally friendly technologies (Sub-programme 2)"

call implemented in the frame of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

After the formal and eligibility checks of the submitted applications, the independent experts have started the professional evaluation of the proposals.

The evaluation process has arrived to its final phase, the Selection Committee meeting is expected in the end of April and the final decision about the submitted proposals will be made afterwards. The applicants will be informed about the decision in official letter. The list of supported applications will be published on the website as well.

Technical modifications to the annex of the calls for proposals under Green Industry Innovation

We would like to inform dear applicants that as of today the following modifications were introduced to the calls for proposals: "Reduced production of waste and emissions to air, water and ground (Sub-programme 1)" and „More use of environment-friendly technologies (Sub-programme 2)"  under Green Industry Innovation. List of modifications

  1. The exchange rate set out in section VII.2 was modified.
  2. The channels of communication detailed in sectionIX.3 pontjában were clarified.

The application forms are now available through the online application tool,  NORA.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE CALLS FOR PROPOSALS UNDER CONSERVATION AND REVITALISATION OF CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE PROGRAMME AREA

We would like to inform dear applicants that as of today slight modifications were introduced to the calls for proposals: "Promoting intercultural – Roma/non-Roma – dialogue" and „Promoting bilateral cooperation in contemporary performing arts".The modifications are marked in red.

  • One major modification is that the deadline for the postal submission of application is changed to 29th March 2016.
  • The online application tool is avaialable (https://nora.norvegalap.hu)

POSSIBILITES FOR CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC COOPERATION

The Call for proposals of the „Promoting bilateral cooperation in contemporary performing arts" and the "Promoting intercultural – Roma/non-Roma – dialogue" are published

  NGOs with registered seat in Hungary that have relevant experiences in the field of culture and/or arts and/or social integration can apply for the Promoting intercultural – Roma/non-Roma – dialogue" call and cultural organisations (public, NGO) with registered seat in Hungarycan apply for the „Promoting bilateral cooperation in contemporary performing arts" call, published in the framework of „Conservation and revitalisation of cultural heritage and natural heritage" programme. The Deputy Secretariat for Cultural Heritage of the Prime Minister's Office became the Programme Operator of the HU07 – „Conservation and revitalisation of cultural and natural heritage" programme - based on the decision of the donor countries in December 2015.  

The main objective of the Call for proposals „Promoting bilateral cooperation in contemporary performing arts" is to aid and support the cultural diversity of the participating countries by providing professional platforms and networks through training programmes, study trips and workshops.

Under the frame of Call for proposals „Promoting bilateral cooperation in contemporary performing arts7 592 500 – 60 740 000 HUF amount of grants is available. When the call is published, the financial allocation is 1 700 000 EUR, which is 516 290 000 HUF (The reference exchange rate of planning: 303,7 HUF/EUR).

The main objective of the Call for proposals „Promoting intercultural – Roma/non-Roma – dialogue" is to facilitate Roma and non-Roma intercultural dialogue and moderate stereotypes through workshops, events, innovative and/or alternative cultural products and implementation of activities that strengthens the identity of local communities and their accessibility of cultural assets. The call intends to support the kind of cooperations where Roma communities take part as initiators, co-leaders and active participants. The priority of the call is to reach and shift Roma communities living in areas falling behind and promote their cultural values to the mainstream society. Under the frame of the call, NGOs with registered seat in Hungary that have relevant experience in the field of culture and/or arts and/or social integration can apply.

Under the frame of Call for proposals „Promoting intercultural – Roma/non-Roma – dialogue" 7 592 500 – 60 740 000 HUF amount of grants is available. When the call is published, the financial allocation is 1 269 000 EUR, which is 385 395 300 HUF (The reference exchange rate of planning: 303,7 HUF/EUR).

Deadline for submission of proposals: 27. March 2016.

In case of each successful project, the Programme Operator intends to request the donors to extend the date of eligibility to 30. April 2017. Modification of deadline must be approved by the donor party.
