A LAUNCHING AND BILATERAL MATCHMAKING EVENT IS GOING TO BE CARRIED OUT ON 2ND DECEMBER 2013

A launching and bilateral matchmaking event is going to be carried out on 2nd December 2013 to open the Renewable Energy Programme Area of the EEA Grant 2009-2014 in Hungary and to introduce the main objectives of the Programme Area for the public.
Having regard to the fact that one of the priority objectives of EEA Grant is to strengthen bilateral relations, this event is planned to provide networking possibilities for the potential Hungarian project promoters and Donor States' (the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Norway) potential project partners as well.

There is no registration fee for the conference but, you have to register in order to reserve your place. Donor participants may apply for reimbursement of participation. The reimbursement is 2000 EUR per person, as a lump sum. The lump sum is intended to cover all costs of the participant, including travel, accommodation and per diem. Maximum two people are eligible for reimbursement from a company/institution. Following registration for reimbursement, the Programme Operator will notify the participant if the application for reimbursement is approved. The available maximum budget is 40 000 EUR, therefore maximum 20 persons will be eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement application will be available in the order of application. If more than 20 people apply for reimbursement only the first 20 will be eligible for reimbursement. A Payment Claim has to be submitted to the Implementing Agency following the event. The participant has to fill in the evaluation sheet about the event. The Implementing Agency approves the Payment Claim submitted by the participant and the Programme Operator on the basis of the evaulation sheets issues the Grant Declaration, which will be forwarded to the National Focal Point. The reimbursement will be transferred by the National Focal Point to the participant after the Programme Operator receives the required budget from EEA Grant according to the Programme Implementation Agreement and the Fund for bilateral relations at programme level.

Call for proposals for EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 Preparatory Visit has been modified

We kindly inform our applicants that call for proposals for Preparatory Visits has been modified with regard to annexes of the application form. List of modifictions:

  1. The eligibility criteria at Point 9 of the call for proposals for Preparatory Visits has been modified by removing the official declaration of the applicant from the list of the online annexes. This declaration should be sent only via post to Tempus Public Foundation (1438 Budapest 70, POB 508). "The application submitted online includes all the necessary attachments (letter of intent and partnership agreement, declaration on avoidance of co-financing, declaration of transparency – only for Hungarian applicants –, de minimis declaration if applicable), the official declaration of the applicant and the annex called letter of intent and partnership agreement are sent via post, too."
  2. The headers of the annexes to be submitted online have been modified by removing the section to provide the application ID. There is no need to add any data in headers of the annexes.

AMENDMENT OF THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS NORWEGIAN FINANCIAL MECHANISM – GREEN INDUSTRY INNOVATION PROGRAMME (HU09)

The deadline for submitting the application form of the Sub-programme 1 and 2 are modified.

Based on the feedback from the applicants the deadline for submitting the application form has been extended to further 15 days for the  call for proposal “Reducing the quantity of waste and the pollution of air, water or soil (1. sub-programme) or Intensified use of environment friendly production technologies (2. sub-programme)”.

The new deadline for submitting the electronic application form will be 16:00 on 15 November 2013. After the submission of the electronic application form, one original copy of the printable declaration should be sent by post, by registered mail at the latest by 24:00 on 15 November 2013.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR EEA FINANCIAL MECHANISM 2009-2014 PREPARATORY VISIT HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

The call for Preparatory Visit action of EEA Financial Mechanism, Scholarship programme HU08 has been published. The available amount for Preparatory Visit action is EUR 52 562 that can be awarded in order to contribute to long term international cooperation between donor countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and beneficiary countries.

Applications shall be submitted only by institutions located in Hungary or in any of the donor countries. Individuals may apply in their institution.

Call for proposals is published together with its annexes in Hungarian and English. Please note that we reserve the right to change the text of the annexes before the deadline for submission.

Applications can be submitted in Hungarian or in English after having registered at http://www.norvegalap.hu/en/cimoldal, by clicking on the corresponding call at the Calls for proposalsmenu.

IMPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENT PUBLIC SCHOOL CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS LAUNCHED

We are pleased to announce that call for proposals of the Energy Efficiency programme, (EEA Fund) has been published today on our website.

The total available amount for "Improving Energy Efficient Public Schools" is 8.708.894 €, grant rate is 85%.

Goal of the call for proposals is improving energy efficiency of school buildings in Hungary, awareness raising and capacity building on the field of energy efficiency related to the project, in cooperation with Hungarian or donor project partners.

The project promoter has to be Hungarian public school (operator, maintainer, owner, or independently managed public school).

The call for proposal is available in English language here, the Annexes are available only in Hungarian here (call for proposals available also in Hungarian language through this link).

Project proposals shall be compiled in Hungarian, but a summary is needed in English.

The application form shall be submitted electronically by 15:59 p.m. on 2 December 2013 and following electronic submission, the printable signed declaration shall be submitted per post at the latest by 23.59 p.m. on 2 December 2013.

Please note, all applications will be evaluated and selected based on their scores in each region after the deadline for the submission of the applications at once (not ranked based on the date of their submission).

GREEN INDUSTRY INNOVATION - AMENDMENT OF THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Please be informed that according to te communication dated 23rd September 2013 the submission date in the Call for proposal has been amended.

List of modifications:

The following provision was modified in section IX/1: "The application form and the annexes to be attached shall be completed and sent electronically via the site www.norvegalap.hu. The deadline for submitting the electronic application form shall be 16.00 hrs on 31 October 2013. After the submission of the electronic application form, one original copy of the printable declaration with an authorized signature shall be sent by post, by registered mail at the latest by 24.00 hrs on 31 October 2013 (date on post stamp) to the following address..."
