New calls for the following actions of EEA Financial Mechanism, Scholarship programme (HU08) have been published:

The available amount can be awarded in order to contribute to long term international cooperation between donor states (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and beneficiary states.

Applications shall be submitted by institutions located in Hungary. Individuals may apply in their institutions.

Call for proposals are published together with their annexes in Hungarian and English at www.tka.hu and www.norvegalap.hu.

Applications and their annexes shall be submitted in English after having registered at www.norvegalap.hu, by clicking on the corresponding call at the Calls for proposals menu.

The deadline for online submission is the same as postal submission of the printable declaration. Submission deadline of M3 applications is 15th February 2016, 23:59; M4 applications shall be submitted by 1st March 2016, 23:59.

We kindly inform our applicants that calls for proposals for Mobility Projects in Other Educational Institutions and Education Related Institutions and Inter-institutional Cooperation Projects between Higher Education Institutions have been modified.

List of modifications:

In case of Mobility Projects in Other Educational Institutions:

  1. The criteria for quality assessment at Point 8 of the call for proposals for have been modified. Please find the criteria and their description on page 9 of the call.

In case of Cooperation Projects between Higher Education Institutions:

  1. Information listed at Point 8 – Grant of the call for proposals has been modified regarding Intensive Programmes. Organisational costs are maximum amounts, paid on the basis of incurred real costs.
  2. Point 8 – Grant section has been modified regarding Intensive Programmes. The grant intensity for IPs is 90%.
  3. The criteria for quality assessment at Point 8 of the call for proposals for have been modified. Please find the criteria and their description on page 10-11 of the call.

Call for proposals are published together with their annexes in Hungarian and English at www.tka.hu and www.norvegalap.hu.

The calls for the following actions of EEA Financial Mechanism, Scholarship programme (HU08) have been published:

  • Mobility Projects in Higher Education (total budget: €1 500 000)
  • Mobility Projects in Other Educational Institutions and Education Related Institutions (total budget: €300 000)
  • Inter-institutional Cooperation Projects between Higher Education Institutions (total budget: €1 300 000)

We kindly inform our applicants that call for proposals for Preparatory Visits has been modified with regard to the amount of available grant and deadlines. List of modifications:

  1. Out of the total 52 562 euros 44 562 is available (point 2 Call for proposals) for Preparatory Visit as applications submitted for the 29th November deadline have been supported.
  1. Point 5 of Call for proposals has been modified by modifying the deadlines and providing new dates for 2014:

Submission of Preparatory Visits proposals is continuous till the exhaustion of the budget earmarked for this activity, the following table shows the deadlines and the preliminary deadlines in 2014.

Call for proposals for EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 Preparatory Visit has been modified

We kindly inform our applicants that call for proposals for Preparatory Visits has been modified with regard to annexes of the application form. List of modifictions:

  1. The eligibility criteria at Point 9 of the call for proposals for Preparatory Visits has been modified by removing the official declaration of the applicant from the list of the online annexes. This declaration should be sent only via post to Tempus Public Foundation (1438 Budapest 70, POB 508). "The application submitted online includes all the necessary attachments (letter of intent and partnership agreement, declaration on avoidance of co-financing, declaration of transparency – only for Hungarian applicants –, de minimis declaration if applicable), the official declaration of the applicant and the annex called letter of intent and partnership agreement are sent via post, too."
  2. The headers of the annexes to be submitted online have been modified by removing the section to provide the application ID. There is no need to add any data in headers of the annexes.

The call for Preparatory Visit action of EEA Financial Mechanism, Scholarship programme HU08 has been published. The available amount for Preparatory Visit action is EUR 52 562 that can be awarded in order to contribute to long term international cooperation between donor countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and beneficiary countries.

Applications shall be submitted only by institutions located in Hungary or in any of the donor countries. Individuals may apply in their institution.

Call for proposals is published together with its annexes in Hungarian and English. Please note that we reserve the right to change the text of the annexes before the deadline for submission.

Applications can be submitted in Hungarian or in English after having registered at http://www.norvegalap.hu/en/cimoldal, by clicking on the corresponding call at the Calls for proposalsmenu.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMMES TO NORWAY, ICELAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN

The aim of the scholarship programme implemented by Tempus Public Foundation is to foster international cooperation, mobility schemes and partnership building. Within the Scholarship Programme students, lecturers and administrativ staff from higher education institutions can participate. Public and vocational education institutions and other training institutions can also apply for grants with the aim of cooperation with educational and training institutions of EEA countries (Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein). The budget framework of the programme is 270 million HUF and the first call will be published in summer 2013.
