Announcement about the modification of "Implementation of Geothermal Based District Heating Systems – Replacing Existing Fossil Fuel Based District Heating" call for proposal

We would like to inform the applicants about the modification of "Implementation of Geothermal Based District Heating Systems – Replacing Existing Fossil Fuel Based District Heating" call for proposal under the EEA Financial Mechanisms 2009-2014 Renewable Energy Programme Area. The modifications affect chapter 4. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS, paragraphs 4.2. Composition and certification of co-financing, 4.3. Obligations relating to the provision of collateral, 4.6. State aid rules.

Announcement – Public Health Initiatives Programme Area’s bilateral call for proposals’ application deadline has been modified

We hereby inform applicants of Public Health initiatives Programme Area’s bilateral call for proposals’ application deadlines has been modified on 29th June 2017. Calls concerned:

1. Exchange of experience and partnership programs in the field of innovative e-health solutions to promote early diagnosis of cancer – HU12- Bilateral Action – 1
2. Exchange of experience and partnership programs in the field of improvement of patient safety conditions in hospitals – HU12- Bilateral Action – 2 (Módosítva: 2017.05.22. és 2017.06.29.; határidő: 2017.07.14.)
3. Exchange of experience to facilitate knowledge transfer in effective operation of in-patient care – HU12- Bilateral Action – 3
4. Exchange of experience related to and best practices and measures to reduce health inequalities – HU12- Bilateral Action – 4

Modifications:

ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION paragraph’s 3.1. Submission of updated proposal subparagraph is changed:

„Applications can be submitted at any moment from the 10 March 2017 until 14 July 2017 or until the total allocation is used.”

The new deadline for submitting the electronic application form will be on 14th July 2017. After the submission of the electronic application form, one original copy of the printable declaration (Declaration stating the undertaking to meet the conditions of the Call for Proposals) should be sent by post, by registered mail at the latest by 14th July 2017.

ANNOUNCEMENT – CLARIFICATION OF THE REQUIREMENT ABOUT DEMARCATION FROM OTHER CALLS, AND AMENDMENT OF THE DECLARATIONS LINKED TO THE APPLICATION FORM

We would like to inform stakeholders, Improving Energy Efficient public Schools call for proposals' (launched at 30 September, 2013) requirement about demarcation from other calls (2.4.2. II. 2.) is clarified as follows, and Annex 2.

Declarations linked to the application form has been modified. According to the requirement about demarcation from other calls (2.4.2. II. 2.) applicant can't have any proposal – with the same goals – under selection or under implementation from the moment of submission. Given the fact, proposals under calls of EEOP with the similar goals, are still under selection, applicants can't meet this requirement for the reasons beyond their control, therefore it is allowed to submit the proposals to present call without fulfilling this requirement, however in case of approval they has to decide which proposal they are going to implement.

Information day on Public Health Programme’s open calls

National Healthcare Services Center as Programme Operator of Public Health Programme Area has organized an Information Day centered around the open calls of Norway Grants 2009-2014, on 14th June 2017.

Open calls are designed on the topics of patient safety, knowledge transfer and reducing health inequalities. Submission is continuous, the review of eligibility and administrative criteria, as well as the evaluation will be carried out in order of reception of applications.

Purpose of the Information Day was to introduce the content of the calls supporting bilateral, Norwegian-Hungarian cooperation as well as helping the potential applicants during application. 40 representative were interested in the program.

Above the professional content of the calls, applicants received useful information on partner finding, later project implementation, eligibility of costs and extended project technical information.

On behalf of Programme Operator, National Healthcare Services Center representative Gabriella Pál introduced the calls. Dr. Andrej M. Grjibovski, EEA and Norway Grants coordinator from Norwegian Institute of Public Health talked about project partner searching opportunities and partner relations. Applicants were shown NORA grant system of EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanisms in the presentation of Szandra Pancsusák from Implementing Agency of the Grants, International Development and Fund Coordination Agency (IDEFA). György Kelényi, lead consultant of IDEFA, gave insight into fundamental practical application information. After presentations applicants had the opportunity for personal consultation.

Submission is continuous, the review of eligibility and administrative criteria, as well as the evaluation will be carried out in order of reception of applications. Ultimate closure date of project implementation is due to October 2017 in every sub-programme. Detailed call for proposals and all the annexes are available on the official Hungarian programme website of EEA and Norway Grants.   

CLOSURE OF THE EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO CULTURAL HERITAGE PROGRAMME IN HUNGARY

CLOSURE OF THE EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO CULTURAL HERITAGE PROGRAMME IN HUNGARY The evaluation of applications submitted to the call for proposals  under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 for the Cultural Heritage Programme (HU-07) ended. The Programme Operator of Cultural Heritage programme in Hungary made the final decision on the projects awarded. The list of the supported projects is the following: Supported projects-2013 A1 Supported projects-2013 A2 Supported projects-2016 B1 Supported projects-2016 B2  Some application with satisfying professional content cannot receive financial support because of the shortness of financial resources. These projects are put on reserve list. Applications on the reserve list may receive funding if an awarded project is cancelled for some reason. In this case based on the decision of the Programme Operator the project ranked highest on the reserve list shall be supported. Each applicant is informed about the decision in an official letter.
