Fejlesztési terv rövid összefoglalása  
Együttműködés célja Jászberény város önkormányzata egy hosszút távú 2020-30 közti időszakot felölelő regionális fejlesztési tervet szeretne elkészíteni, melynek részeként a Jászságban működő intézményi, civil szervezetek valamint önkormányzatok kapacitás felmérését és fejlesztési irányait tervezzük meghatározni. A projekt részeként olyan fejlesztési stratégia kialakítása a cél, mely a térségben élők elvárásaira épül, visszatükrözi a döntéshozók, a helyi önkormányzat, a vállalatok, a lakosság, valamint egyéb non-profit szervezetek – oktatási, egészségügyi intézmények, civil szervezetek – véleményét is. 
A régió szereplőinek – Jászberény város és vidéke – együttműködésére épít és egyaránt vizsgálja gazdasági, társadalmi és környezetvédelmi fenntarthatóságot. Adaptív és innovációkra épülő rendszert hoz létre mely támogatja a kreatív, alulról építkező megoldásokat.

A tanulmány elkészítése mellett szeretnénk ellátogatni egy Jászberényhez hasonló méretű és régiójában hasonló gazdasági, kulturális, oktatás szerepet betöltő norvégiai partnertelepülésre, hogy az ottani intézményi és civil területen gyűjtött tapasztalatokat, jó gyakorlatokat megismerhessük.

Településünkön van egy Páloskolostorrom, Evangélikus templom és a Palavicini kastély, amely kisegítő iskolaként működik. Summary of organizational activity The objective of Modus Alapítvány (Modus Foundation) is to develop new partnerships and forms of co-operation in education, the labour market and social and other welfare services in order to promote the integration of disadvantaged or permanently unemployed people, people living with a disability, as well as to promote gender mainstreaming and integrating women into the labour market. Modus Foundation is also committed to integration of approaches, standards, practical methods shaped and applied in the old EU member countries into the development work in Hungary, as well as developing new approaches and innovative methods. The Foundation has a very strong professional cooperation with the Hungarian Association for Lifelong Learning Hungary (being a member responsible for implementing the most important innovative professional initiatives of the Association) and also, through its network of experts it has a wide range of international contacts in the field of adult learning and basic skill development.
Purpose of cooperation Dementia is a fast growing illness everywhere and also in Hungary. According to the Psychiatric Institute of the Science University of Szeged, the number of persons suffering from dementia is over 200 thousand, but the number of persons indirectly affected by the disease is much higher than this. A national Hungarian dementia strategy has not yet been developed and in many aspect the Hungarian health and welfare system have been taken by surprise on the fast growth of citizens attacked by the various forms of dementia, and the attacks on a broad variety of citizens at different age and both gender. Alzheimer disease is in about 70% the cause of dementia. With no professional health and treatment strategy in place yet municipal authorities, elderly homes and other welfare institutions are struggling to find solutions and capacity to support this fast-growing number of citizens suffering from the disease – involving also the relatives and families. Dementia to a high extend therefore has been left to be handled and taken care of by the family and relatives. Taken the very serious nature of the disease into consideration it is a tremendous task to leave such complex and serious illness as a family matter. Modus Foundation in association with Hungarian Municipal partners therefore propose a digital facilitation of families and relatives living with dementia as a living condition due to one or more relatives suffering from the disease. The program we would like to focus on has the following features: Preparation and pre-support program to create digital methodologies on how to - make an analysis on how to support families/relatives in locations with no or very low welfare support, but with digital access to support the understanding of treatment, care, handling and family strategies to live with dementia. The analysis will consist of focus interview with a number of families/relatives – professionals. - Design-proposal for a digital platform/digital strategy on how digital media can support families – include web/social media/app/digital training. - outline a production plan on how to provide them with digital facilitation support. this can e.g. be: • Learning APP for relatives to dementia • Social Media / Network for exchange of experience and knowledge • You Tube Video Inventory to communicate home treatment methodology • Learning Centre Facility to help relatives to learn how to use digital tools (organised as self-help groups) • Study tour to the Muncipality of Kristiandsand /Southern Norway to visit the Program: Digital læringsarena for pårørende til personer med demens (DILP) skal utvikle en innovativ digital informasjons- og læringsarena for pårørende til personer med demens” (translated: Digital Learning arena for relatives to people living with dementia (DILP). The program shall develop an innovative digital information and learning arena for the relatives) • Experts from the Municpality shall visit the Hungarian program and support the design and innovation process of the digital platform. The program is foremost a pre-analysis preparation on how to create a full digital support system/ social media relation /inventory which can support these familes. Building all the web based tools / training programs and other facilities to become a growing and independent support system for the families involved.

Summary of organizational activity Our village is located next to the “Zselic National Landscape Protection Area”, 12 km fare from the county capital. The territory of it is so huge like a small city, consists of 16 separate parts (it has got 43 bus stops!) but has only 1 200 inhabitants. The role of the local government must fulfill the needs of this situation, that is not easy. Certainly we focus on education (primary school we have), nursery, health care system management, transportation, electricity, gas other utility development – as the operation belongs to companies. We established a cooperative for unemployed local residents – with the support of the Hungarian government. It works with sheep farming (more than 200 sheeps), fishery, cultivate fruit trees, produces juice of it. (Apple with black chokeberry, or with sea buckthorns.) Now we try to develop it to be real profitable. Besides these, we try to help to run the cultural, community house; achieve community development as well. This year we started a Regional Folk High School Center - runned by a local foundation, but supported by us. It plans formal and informal education in many fields and started a community development process CLLD (Community Led Local Development). This involves all the citizens, can not focus more on youth –the most difficult target group to involve. Our aim is to involve them more. Most of our young residents English knowledge is rather good, as in the last 5 year there were 8 secondary school (AFS) exchange students living in our village – for at least a semester or yhole school year.
Purpose of cooperation To involve youth the most to our local community activity, focus on environmental issues in our special geographic situation. (Large territory with less residents, close to the county capital.) We want to learn good practice from the Norwegian partner and to show our smart region and current initiatives them. To involve them into the strategy planning, community development process of our young residents. Our aim is to make this process more attractive. We want to make advantage on the experience of our partner. We think a mutual visit and the work together with them would effect, involve the young residents the most. This also will help to improve the language skills of them – that is also important for them and for us as well.

How they managed to keep the young generation not to leave the village, involve them, and focus on environmental issues. We want to learn good practice from them, and to show our smart region and current initiatives. Summary of organizational activity The objective of Modus Alapítvány (Modus Foundation) is to develop new partnerships and forms of co-operation in education, the labour market and social and other welfare services in order to promote the integration of disadvantaged or permanently unemployed people, people living with a disability, as well as to promote gender mainstreaming and integrating women into the labour market. Modus Foundation is also committed to integration of approaches, standards, practical methods shaped and applied in the old EU member countries into the development work in Hungary, as well as developing new approaches and innovative methods. The Foundation has a very strong professional cooperation with the Hungarian Association for Lifelong Learning Hungary (being a member responsible for implementing the most important innovative professional initiatives of the Association) and also, through its network of experts it has a wide range of international contacts in the field of adult learning and basic skill development. MODUS was involved in the national project aimed at establishing the Hungarian Network of Open Learning Centres (October 2009 – June 2011). The aim of project was to set up 9 Open Learning Centres in different locations in Hungary as a new instrument for competence development in disadvantaged areas as well as for persons not having access to appropriate adult education services. The programme primarily focused on the development of basic skills and improvement of employability. The centres were developed under the same principles and guidelines but all of them have to directly respond to the needs of local communities. As a result of the programme a local partnership model for competence development was developed ready to mainstream all over Hungary. Modus Foundation was involved as partner in the pilot project, supported by the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanism, and this project has been internationally declared as best practice in project design and implementation within the first period of the EEA and Norwegian Financial Mechanism. It was invited and presented in Brussels, in the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO). The role of Modus Foundation was to establish on the experimental Learning Centre in the town of Hatvan. In the frame of a nationwide basic skills programme (‘Promotion of Social Inclusion via the expansion of the NYITOK Network of Open Learning Centres’, September 2012 – January, 2015) the OLC Network has been extended to 50 Centres all over Hungary. Modus Foundation is running a Learning Centre in Budapest and has the task to host the virtual knowledge centre for the whole national network.
Purpose of cooperation Digital support system for families looking after relatives suffering from dementia and Alzheimer disesase Dementia is a fast growing illness everywhere and also in Hungary. According to the Psychiatric Institute of the Science University of Szeged, the number of persons suffering from dementia is over 200 thousand, but the number of persons indirectly affected by the disease is much higher than this. A national Hungarian dementia strategy has not yet been developed and in many aspect the Hungarian health and welfare system have been taken by surprise on the fast growth of citizens attacked by the various forms of dementia, and the attacks on a broad variety of citizens at different age and both gender. Alzheimer disease is in about 70% the cause of dementia. With no professional health and treatment strategy in place yet municipal authorities, elderly homes and other welfare institutions are struggling to find solutions and capacity to support this fast-growing number of citizens suffering from the disease – involving also the relatives and families. Dementia to a high extend therefore has been left to be handled and taken care of by the family and relatives. Taken the very serious nature of the disease into consideration it is a tremendous task to leave such complex and serious illness as a family matter. Modus Foundation in association with Hungarian Municipal partners therefore propose a digital facilitation of families and relatives living with dementia as a living condition due to one or more relatives suffering from the disease. The program we would like to focus on has the following features: Preparation and pre-support program to create digital methodologies on how to……. • To make an analysis on how to support families/relatives in locations with no or very low welfare support, but with digital access to support the understanding of treatment, care, handling and family strategies to live with dementia. The analysis will consist of focus interview with a number of families/relatives – professionals. • Design-proposal for a digital platform/digital strategy on how digital media can support families – include web/social media/app/digital training. • To outline a production plan on how to provide them with digital facilitation support. this can e.g. be: • Learning APP for relatives to dementia • Social Media / Network for exchange of experience and knowledge • You Tube Video Inventory to communicate home treatment methodology • Learning Centre Facility to help relatives to learn how to use digital tools (organised as self-help groups) • Study tour to Norway to learn about local best practices for partners • Experts from the Norwegian partner shall visit the Hungarian program and support the design and innovation process of the digital platform The program is foremost a pre-analysis preparation on how to create a full digital support system/ social media relation /inventory which can support these familes. Building all the web based tools / training programs and other facilities to become a growing and independent support system for the families involved.
Profile of potencial project partners Organisations, municipalities with relevant experience and practices in supporting and mobilising relatives and families of people living with dementia and Alzheimer disease with the help of digital communication tools (mobile devices and applications, gps, tele-medicine, home nursing, etc.) We have heard about a similar initiative in Norway, the Municipality of Kristiansand (Digital læringsarena for pårørende til personer med demens (DILP) skal utvikle en innovativ digital informasjons- og læringsarena for pårørende til personer med demens). We are planning to make contact with the Municipality of Kristiansand to see if they would be interested in cooperation in this project. We are certainly open for any other partners with relevant experience in this topic.

Summary of organizational activity CULTURE BREAK BORDERS primary motivation is to create new, relevant art through which takes the pulse of the world. It is also necessary to protect the existing culture and art forms, some of which are in danger of disappearing. We believe that culture has the ability to communicate both artistically and politically, in the same time saying something about our roots. If we know from which culture we come from, we will be more open to other cultural perspectives and ready to establish a basic respect for other cultures and peoples.  Art is a universal language. It grows out of creativity, quests, depths and reflections.
Purpose of cooperation CULTURE BREAK BORDERS has a very wide coverage in the field of arts and is open to creating and supporting a broad range of projects with any organization, even those not directly involved in arts. We want to share our competence and also learn from others, because we believe this is the way we can build and develop our organizational capacity.

Summary of organizational activity NAAL is the national NGO umbrella for adult learning in Norway. Our members are 15 government-approved adult learning associations with a member network of 475 nationwide adult learning NGOs. NAAL has a central administration in Oslo, and has autonomous regional offices covering all 19 counties of Norway. Our members' activities last year totaled approximately 50 000 courses with 510 000 participants. The purpose of NAAL is to: Advocate the common interests of the associations and their participants towards the Government, the Parliament and the Ministry of Education Promote non-formal adult learning in the society in general Advice members and other third parties concerning laws and regulations Advice within the field of Adult learning theory and practice Counsel within the Educational planning Project coordination Advocacy and lobbying The multitude The adult learning associations represent a multitude of interests and ideologies. The largest associations offer a broad range of themes on several levels, with or without formal exams and parallel programs in the public school system. Other associations emphasise more voluntary adult learning activities, organisational training of members, learning for the development of the local community and sustainable development. Others emphasise political training, culture and creative, aesthetical and practical topics. Humanistic adult learning The common denominator of the adult learning organized by the NGOs is a profile of equality and equal opportunities. A humanistic adult learning theory and practice and a belief in every person's development potential Government support Based on of the Norwegian Adult Education Act of 1976 and 2009, the adult learning organized by the member associations of NAAL receive through a legal system of criteria, grants from the Government, most of the counties and many municipalities. The Governmental grants for 2014 is 196 371 000 NOK.
