The project proposal includes two themes:
(1) In an earlier project "Foundation of local and micro-regional economic development by local governments capacity-building and knowledge transfer" , e-learning modules were developed by Lillehammer University - Centre of Life Long Learning. Modules were made based on interviews with Hungarian public servants and SME's leaders. The modules in English were translated into Hungarian. The Municipality Törökbálint plans to include the modules in the training of public servants.
(1.1) The main objective is that the modules developed comply with the relevant Hungarian legislation. Accordingly, the Hungarian and Norwegian partners carry out the following activities within the framework of the
project:
- get to know criteria of national public service training system
- to know the simplified registration process of modules,
- discussion of results and experiences in a frame of a workshop with Norwegian partner participation,
- proposal for simplified registration of e-learning modules,
- preparation of joint project idea synopsis.
(2) Within the framework of the above mentioned project, the foundation of e-government were also set up by Municipality Törökbálint and other four local governments.
(2.1) The main objective of this project is to exchange information between the Hungarian and Norwegian partner on the practice of e-government and digitalisation at local government. Accordingly, we plan to organize a conference in Törökbálint to discuss the following topics:
- the practice of digitalisation and e-government in Hungary and Norway,
- the role of e-learning and LLL in the implementation of e-government and smart city,
- gender in daily work at the local government (eg telework).
Preparation of joint project idea synopsis regarding digitalisation & e-government & smart-city.
